We do not sell your Personal Information for monetary value. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS Marketing

When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and information about your interactions with our messages. We use this information to send you recurring automated marketing messages, transactional messages, and customer service communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Consent to SMS marketing is not a condition of any purchase. Promotional Sweepstakes and Contests

From time to time, we conduct promotional sweepstakes, contests, and giveaways. When you enter one of our promotions, we collect the information you provide on the entry form, which may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth. We use this information to administer the promotion, contact winners, deliver prizes, comply with tax reporting obligations, and (where permitted by law) publicize winners. Entry data is retained for the period required by applicable law and for at least four (4) years following the close of the promotion. Entering a promotion is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. We retain marketing subscription data (email and SMS) until you unsubscribe or opt out. We retain promotional entry data for the period required by law and for at least four (4) years following the close of the promotion.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.
