1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

The Weatherproof® Vintage $500 Gift Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) in Mississippi). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of any such individual, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period and Drawings

The Giveaway is ongoing. Drawings will be held periodically at Sponsor's sole discretion. The current Entry Period and drawing date will be posted on this page at least thirty (30) days before each drawing. To be eligible for a specific drawing, an entry must be received before the close of that Entry Period as posted on this page. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

Current Entry Period: May 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time through July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Current drawing date: On or about August 7, 2026.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, both free.

Method 1, online entry: Visit weatherproofvintage.com and submit a valid email address through the giveaway entry form. Submitting a phone number for SMS marketing is optional and does not affect the odds of winning.

Method 2, mail-in entry (free alternative method of entry): On a plain 3" x 5" card, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, daytime phone number, and date of birth. Mail the card in an envelope with proper postage to:

To be eligible for a specific drawing, mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor on or before the final day of the current Entry Period as posted on this page. Mail-in entries received after that date will be held for the next drawing.

Limit: one (1) entry per person per Entry Period regardless of method. Entries submitted by automated means, scripts, or third parties are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, garbled, incomplete, or undelivered entries.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.

6. Prize

One (1) Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00 USD) Weatherproof® Vintage electronic gift card per Entry Period.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $500.00 USD.

The gift card is redeemable only at weatherproofvintage.com, is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value beyond its face value, expires per the terms printed on the card, and is subject to the standard Weatherproof® Vintage gift card terms. No substitutions will be made by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner per Entry Period will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing using the email address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and accept the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be reached, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.

The selected winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within ten (10) days of receipt. Failure to return signed documents within ten (10) days, or any other non-compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, hometown, prize information, statements, and any winner-supplied content (including photographs or video) for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes, in any and all media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, compensation, or attribution.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the winner. A Form 1099 may be issued where required by applicable law.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (a) disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or violating these Official Rules; (b) cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if for any reason it is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor; and (c) substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any element of an advertised prize is unavailable.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, networks, or computer equipment or software; (c) lost, late, illegible, garbled, incomplete, or undelivered entries or mail; or (d) any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer or device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at weatherproofvintage.com/policies/privacy-policy. Email opt-in for marketing communications is not required to enter and is not considered consideration for purposes of this Giveaway. SMS opt-in, if separately consented to through Sponsor's pop-up at the time of entry, is governed by the SMS Marketing Terms section of Sponsor's Term of Use at weatherproofvintage.com/pages/term-of-use. 12. Disputes; Governing Law; Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform. Entrants release each such platform from any and all liability associated with this Giveaway.

14. Winners List

15. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
